Termination of Services Clause

In the event that the Client engages in behavior that is inappropriate, mean, or rude towards the employees of Suiting Green Consulting (hereafter referred to as "the Company"), the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate its services and discontinue any further business relationship with the Client. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, the use of offensive language, disrespectful communication, harassment, threats, discrimination, or any other conduct deemed contrary to professional and respectful interaction.
Notice of Termination
Should the Company determine, at its sole discretion, that the Client’s behavior meets the aforementioned criteria, the Company shall provide written notice of termination to the Client. This notice shall outline the specific instances of inappropriate conduct and the reasons for termination.
Consequences of Termination
Upon termination of services due to the Client’s inappropriate behavior, mean-spiritedness, or rudeness towards Company employees, any ongoing projects or services will be ceased immediately. The Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or costs incurred by the Client as a result of the termination. In the event of termination by the Company, no refunds will be provided for payments made for services rendered up to the point of termination.
Client’s Obligations
The Client acknowledges and agrees that maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor toward Company employees is essential for the continuation of the business relationship. The Client shall refrain from engaging in any behavior that could be considered inappropriate, mean, or rude during the course of the engagement.
